At Lotus Peace & Purpose PLLC, we provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges. We also offer support for depression, family and identity issues, trauma, and anger management. Our goal is to create a safe and compassionate space for growth, balance, and emotional wellness.
Are Sessions conducted in-person or online?
We currently offer virtual sessions through a secure telehealth platform, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home. In-person appointments may be added in the future as our practice grows.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling is simple — you can book an appointment online through our website or contact us directly by email or phone. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive intake forms and telehealth instructions to help you prepare for your first session.
What are your fees and payment options?
For clients not using insurance, session fees are based on service type and duration. Payments can be made by credit or debit card, and payment is due at the time of service. We also offer limited sliding scale options based on financial need — please inquire for details.
Do you accept insurance? What brands do you accept?
Yes. We currently accept:
Aetna
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina
Carelon Behavioral Health
Cigna
Quest Behavioral Health
If you have another insurance provider, we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What should I expect during the first session?
During our first session, we'll discuss what's been going on, what you'd like to change, and what's most important to you. I'll explain my approach and answer any questions so you feel comfortable with the process. We'll then outline goals and next steps for your therapy journey.
What is your late/cancelation policy?
We understand that life happens. To respect both your time and ours, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
